WHY THE NEW PORTAL & HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

In order to provide more comprehensive care, we are adopting a new portal registration system effective 3/26/2016. It will ask for a more detailed history that will allow us to provide you better medical care. Any labs or radiology studies completed by 3/26/2016 will appear in the old portal link. After that day you will need to register through the new portal to see new results or send us a message. (Sign Up Today)

Unfortunately, the system will not be able to pull your previous health history over in its entirety. It is of the UTMOST IMPORTANCE that the ENTIRE Portal History & Online Check-In be completed BEFORE your arrival to the office for your next visit, REGARDLESS OF REASON FOR VISIT. Otherwise, your visit with us will likely be delayed by 30-40 minutes while our staff asks you each unanswered question on the new medical history intake form. If you choose not to complete the ENTIRE portal history we will be forced to either reschedule your appointment or allow patients that may have had later appointments be seen before you. We completely understand this is somewhat of a pain, but I assure you that our staff has taken the necessary steps to help make this transition as smooth as possible.

Click on SIGN UP TODAY to register for the new portal. Your login name, email address, phone number and date of birth must match our current records to register for the new portal.
Our office prides itself in trying to take care of all your health needs in ONE visit. We are well aware most patients are missing work or just have better things to do than spend several hours in a doctor’s office. We try to be very thorough and address all your needs but that can only be accomplished if we have a COMPLETE history.

As patients and healthcare providers for over 20 years we can honestly say the patient portal and electronic medical record has been a g-d send. The portal allows us to communicate with you, and you to reach us in a HIPPA compliant format. You can see and print all your test results and we can send medications to your pharmacy as well as a million other things that make life easier for everyone.

For those who feel we are presenting you with an undue burden we will gladly refer you to an OB/GYN physician who still uses paper charting.

Please bear with us during this transition. Whatever pain or inconvenience this is causing you is 1/10th of the agony that is occurring on our end.

Thank you,
Jonathan Weinstein, MD, FACOG
Tara Kraf, WHNP
